How a ₦25,000 fee splits (a ₦50,000 role)

This is the split once the fee releases on day 60, when one scout sourced the hire. The buffer is always 20 percent; the rest is shared between the scout (or scouts) who sourced the placement and the platform. You pay the same fee either way. Before day 60 the whole fee sits in escrow and is refundable on the tier schedule.
