One fee per hire, and you only ever pay it after the placement lasts. It sits in escrow from day one and releases on day 60. No subscriptions, no per-listing charges, no upfront cost.
Your fee is the first month's salary divided by two. Nothing else.

Once a placement passes 60 days, the fee releases and splits like this. A ₦25,000 fee (a ₦50,000 role) lands as below. We never take more, and the breakdown sits on every receipt.

The fee stays in escrow the whole 60 days. If the hire ends early, here is exactly what comes back, worked against a ₦25,000 fee (a ₦50,000 role).

Full fee back, less a ₦2,000 admin fee
You get back₦23,000If the hire does not work out in the first month, you get the placement fee back. We keep a flat ₦2,000 to cover the verification and escrow work already done.
- Day 30 to 60
Half the fee back
You get back₦12,500Past the first month the hire has settled in, so the fee splits evenly. You get half back, and half covers the work that got you here.
- Day 60 onward
Fee releases, placement counts as stuck
RefundReleasedOnce your hire passes 60 days the placement has held. The fee releases on the 50/30/20 split and the engagement is settled.
Candidates pay nothing. Ever.
No sign-up fee, no application fee, no cut of the salary. The employer carries the placement fee end to end. If anyone asks a candidate for money to apply or to start, that is a violation of our rules, and we act on it.
